Normal tax planning is what all small businesses do and low and average income individuals do. Tax avoidance is something that only the very rich do (ie those who can most afford to pay lots of tax would rather pay an already rich accountant a lot of money to avoid paying the government a bit more).
Frankly I find this classist BS.
To suggest that the line between tax planning and avoidance is driven by how rich you are or the size of your company merely highlights the chip on your shoulder.
