Location is crucial - LMNH is on Old Street, one of the busiest cycling roads in London. If you were to site something similar here, you should seriously consider Wilmslow Rd/Oxford Rd etc. As a resident of 8 years, I know that's Chorlton has a history of 'experimental' bars, however I don't see an overtly strong cycling culture here, just a lot of varied competition.
