Your telling me spotter right annoying. mine wouldnt connect to games for windows for ages either, got there in the end it runs much better with all the patches.

Theres some tips on the steam forums to make it run better .

its a quick fix, you just to make a txt file called 'commandline' in the GTA folder and then put in it '-norestrictions' then presto I'm running it on everything maxed out @60fps
