You'd be better off saving the £100 for another day. If you want colour now, just buy spray paint in the colour of your choice and carefully mask the hubs, spokes and nipples.
As tester alluded to, unless you have a problem or a need to change them you're not going to see any improvement over your current wheels for ~£100.
Just ride the ones you've got, until they fall apart.
Keep your eye on the classifieds here, and you'll pick up something that is good quality and fits the bill.
