Well done Ed thats a fantastic time !
And Tricity thats a brilliant time I was a little on the slower side of things. As at the 15 mile mark was desperate for the loo, should not have waited in line and done a Paula so lost time and then pace maker and took me another 3 miles to get my legs moving properly after that .
So i came in at 4.46
But bloody well did it, we all made the finish line woo hoo !!
Must admit though am struggling with steps and stairs today :-).
