Reach, driven by my core, not crossing the centre line, catch & pull, not dropping my arms early, body roll and body position. The one thing that I'm always getting wrong at the moment too is lifting my left arm out of the water too early, and not completing the stroke. And swimming used to be easy.

see, i think i've got all of these covered buti don't seem to be getting significantly quicker.
actually, i'm pretty sure my main problems are inconsistant/insifficient body roll and a tendancy to over glide.
