No. But you can't send it back to "Them". It has to be done via the UK distributor Madison.
I hardly used mine, and it just stopped working. It was one of the old battery charging ones and I was kinda hoping for a new USB one.
Still £11.50 is £11.50 :)
...and I guess there's something to be said for buying from a quality brand.
