    Blackburn's have a lifetime guarantee.

    Contact whoever sold it to you and they will give you;

    ...the returns documentation, for your Blackburn Flea light, which will need to be returned to Madison Cycles for inspection by their warranty department...

    1) Please print out the attachment containing your Returns Form document detailing the products to be returned.
    2) Please print out the attachment containing your Returns Labels.
    3) On the Returns Form document please write the quantity being returned against each product in the 'Quantity Returned' boxes.
    4) On the Returns Labels cut out the number of labels according to how many boxes you are returning. Please attach a Returns Label to each box being returned.

    If you PM me your email I can foward the email I got sent with the forms. But I'd still just contact the person who sold it to you.

    Mine came from Cyclebasket. They were helpful and gave me a cheque for the cost as;

    This item has now been processed but we cannot refund you via the secure server, as the transaction occurred more than six months ago. We can however send a cheque and we just need to confirm that your address is unchanged.
