An older gentleman in full-on lurid orange/red lycra campaigning for something (the big ride?) at the bottom of London Fields this morning.
I'm always confused by this approach - taking my bag off to stash a leaflet and/or stop to sign up for something is the last thing I want to do on a commute! Especially at traffic lights with a short sequence.
