Still missing the most important edit; needs frame tubes made from anything but Ti. Every advantage claimed for Ti frames is something you don't want or need on a track bike.
True but you know that you work any material to get particular properties out of it.

it's for saleSorry for not ignoring the Brooks, but does anyone know which model it is? It's exactly what I need. It's not a Team Pro or Swift, I don't think.

Looks like a Pro from here, no bag loops visible.
When they're well used, they often take on a slightly different shape from new, more like the owner's ass. -

I didn't think the side flaps were droopy enough (if you'll pardon the turn of phrase) for it to be a Pro, but that might explain it. The lack of embossing troubles me though. It's not a Colt, is it?

Definitely not a Colt; nasty, brutish thing.
I maximized the page, think I can see some logo action there. -

I'd say it was a Pro as well, looks just like my very old one!

I had a bike like this. My first ever road bike, found it abandoned in the street with such loose spoke tension that they were practically coming off. Two flat tyres.
I rebuilt the wheels, changed the cables, stuck on bar tape etc. Was a nice bike.

Probably skipped because of the Bio-pace.
Lovely, always wanted one of those when I was a kid.
