Still in, I've got GPS and will program the route (as well as sharing it here so others program theirs in case my battery goes or something).
I think it's easier to say: Start at Dorking Station at 10am.
Rather than have people turn up late at Waterloo without a train ticket and all that... you've got to arrive by 10am, so sort yourself out as to how you achieve that.
I'm still quite tempted to ride from Kew and just start at the crack of dawn. My only fear is that with 51 gear inches I'll be knackered by early afternoon, especially if you lot are enjoying your gears.
