Well, exactly. I'm more used to STIs but I already have a 653 roadie with STIs on so I might have to go 'classic' on this.
I do have some Campy ergos lying around, but the wheels coming are 6500 so 8/9 speed and the ergos are only 8, so will work with Shimano 7.

You can use an inline problem solver thing allowing Ergos/ShimanoMech/ShimanoWheel.

Or you could have bought the right wheels.
