I could not disagree more strongly. There is overwhelming evidence that this is a stolen bike and, unlike most, Pistoffski is trying to do something about it. What is wrong with that?
Also, the seller must be desperate or stupid or both, because selling a frame you know to be stolen is hardly worth the risk for a couple of hundred pounds profit.

so far (for me) it's a word of a guy I don't know for a word of another guy. my impression is also that the bike is likely to be stolen, but Id rather want to find a solid proof first, and after that call somebody a cunt/lying fuck/etc.
surely track crew of London can help to identify..
but maybe, just maybe, the seller bought the bike in a car boot sale, checked it with police and after receiving green light simply listed it on eBay, not knowing too much about specs, but feeling it's a bargain?
