It was much appreciated, although, knackered as I was, all I could manage by response was a perfunctory thanks.

hey that was me, TheorySwine and Yas! you went past us at the bottom while we were deciding to go around Honor Oak Rd, and then on the other side we were admiring the descent when we saw you coming down. well done, it hardly took you any longer than us going around!
