Ladies that was A frickin Mazing! :)
Thank you all for coming and being instantly great at polo.
I hope you all enjoyed it, I honestly don't think it could have gone much better.Massive thanks to Erin, Bells & Vi for helping, and to all those who loaned their bikes (especially Rik for bringing his up).
You all did really well and I hope that you come again.
I'm sure we'll find time to do this again, but in the meant time, check out regular beginners polo. If you all go en masse (12 or more of you?), then it will be practically ladies polo anyway!http://www.lfgss.com/thread41959-84.html
Excellent day, knackered.

This from Amanda:
Thanks again. It was fun. Though I found it hard to cycle with just the left hand. Ying yi was better. Grazed a knee. Let me know when there is another beginners session.

Hello!
Han(nah!) here.
Just wanted to say a big THANKYOU to Jonie and the other polo laydee tutors for running the session on Saturday afternoon and generally being brilliant.Despite being a bit too gung-ho and tripping myself up with the polo stick on a few occasions :D I absolutely LOVED it and had a fantastic afternoon. So much fun and lovely to meet everyone.
I deffo want to come along to the Peckham one sometime. I took lots of pics so if I can find a way of taking them off facebook and sticking them up here I will. :)

interesting!! does it make people more or less keen on going to see art in the flesh........ ;) I guess it's a bit like the mp3 download debate innit - does it do damage or bring things to a wider audience.....
(I'm sure your research is deeper than that :D )

^ sadly not, you have sum up my research paper in 2 sentances... !!! hahaha... ;-)

Oh, and of course feel free to copy any of them.
Copyleft, innit ;-) ([ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyleft[/ame])
Thanks for organising gals. Really loved it. Had only had a muck about in grass with a football at herne hill before today.... what can I say, courts are defs harder than grass. I'm going to go to peckham on tues, hopefully see some familiar faces there.
Thanks again for loner bikes and mallets!
