  • Argh out again! Cousin's pre-wedding shenanigan thing that I am demanded to be at despite the fact that he refuses to even be civil towards me.

    Also I was quite confident that I could maintain a 20+mph average for 8 laps if in a group considering my half winter training but my legs are not used to the 35 mile commute just yet, so probably for the best that I'm out this week.

    How the fuck do you fit in intervals in your week when you can't even factor in a rest day? It seems counter-intuitive to take the train one day so I can go home and kill myself on the turbo but I guess it's what I need to do.
