I like that. A lot. For me, aesthetically, I'd have the stem a bit higher and the ergos further round the bends with the bars rotated. But you're changing the bars you said so..... Apparently you can use the Sachs ergo levers with the gorgeous Mavic rear dérailleur, cool mongrel drivetrain. I thought about trying it on my Cougar, I have that same second generation 631 chainset too. Sachs new success is pretty nice though, what are the brakes like?
