Suppose the local authority needs to be doing more, or the local cycling campaign. Is there a Liverpool Cycling Campaign?

I encountered them for the first time at the Liverpool Cycle Forum this last week, they were less than enthusiastic about the Times' campaign, sandal wearers who probably got a little sick at the idea of supporting a Murdoch backed campaign.
