£200 is nowhere near what I had in mind and I'll be left with nowt even if I buy a budget Tiagra wheelset and Sora groupset. I'd still need bars and stem.
I don't want to get a lot of low end parts which will only end up back in classifieds for half what I paid.
Although I had a second thought about stripping RPM's Ribble off that Veloce groupset.
