Yeah, that's the one area I could have saved a fair bit of weight.
I want to give disk brakes a go. V-brakes seem fine most of the time, but in rain they seem to go to shit, and they don't seem to stay at optimal braking capacity for long, I constantly have to adjust them. But maybe that's just me.
