Frame looks to be fully chromed too, the wheels alone (large flange dura ace, black on aero's) are pretty much worth that. -

I've got some wooden constrictor rims laced to Chater Lea Chrome hubs on one of the family track bikes - I rode the velodrome at Bournemouth last summer on it - very smooth and comfortable with an old pair of wolber silk tubs!
