Thinking of building a fixed (rather than buy OTP) but only to save money, so any advice on whether it is worth it? Looking to spend about £500.
I already know a somewhat fair amount about bikes, so don't want to be build just for gaining the knowledge etc.
If it is a good idea to build then how much of the £500 should I look to spend on a frame and then the rest?
I've only ever ridden MTBs and have a eager interest in Dutch bikes, so fixeds are somewhat new to me, but I like ridin' 'em!
