My running is so much better than two months ago (which doesn't mean anything apart from the fact I can run 5km at 5:30 min/km instead of 6:40 mins/km) and now have to check my swimming.
I used to be a very strong swimmer, even had a life guard's papers, but it was 20 years ago.
