Hamilton is much faster than Button, but Button doesn't destroy cars. I'd truly like to see either of them win the title, but would rather see Jenson win it. There's just something about Lewis that I can't put my finger on... maybe the arrogance is starting to wear a bit thin.
Alonso is a waste of skin.....
I'm watching Kimi...
In reverse order, I agree that Kimi will be fascinating. He'll have lots to show the young upstarts, including Lewis. Schumey will want to show that of all the World Champions still racing (and this year is quite unbelievable in the amount present), he still has the goods.
Alonso is a true racer, and though I am a true Lewis fan, I cannot deny that Alonso is the better overall racer.
I think if Lewis adds craft to his all-out speed, he may beat Jenson several times. That said, Jenson is a clever pup, and he'll be looking to maximise points, whereas Lewis only really knows going for the win - and thereby turning his tyres into confetti.
I actually feel sorry for Ferrari. They need to get back to near the front. Nobody wants a team running away with the championship, but having Ferrari struggle, is not right. I think Bernie will eventually see sense, and reverse the financial rules, that is now hampering Ferrari. Funnily enough, its said that Red Bull has has over-spent by quite some margin in the last 2 years, but have been clever in doing it. More money equals more points and more wins.
