Yeah I can't imagine why they would even want to make that into a film? Book to film conversions are generally not successful. I can think of some real howlers - Catch 22 a prime example of missing the point by a country mile. Watchmen and V for Vendetta were valiant attempts but felt hollow compared with their graphic origins. Let the right one in was ok, and I guess the Rings trilogy are pretty good representations
There is a book that was made into a film in the 80's but I don't think it went anywhere really......something about Androids.......I don't think it's particularly highly thought of.....
