(When I drive) I manage to drive my car on roads with cyclists without once feeling the need to use my horn. I don't think many cyclists are likely to be able to translate the tone of the toot as it were. There's no need. They know there's cars about and I'm not bustling past them until I can do it smoothly and stay ahead of them without cutting them up.
