so far we have posters advertising polo in newcastle but nothing tourney specific. but thats ok coz we all know and so our visitors (i hope). A few locals are aware/ have been given a heads up. the goals have nets but no crossbar( JOHN! that pipe i had is a different bore. got thinner stuff(which will bend) or bigger stuff- either will gaffer tape up nicely so lets not worry). rules have apparently been printed out. Brackets are getting done, i think. there is a trophie. word was on saturday that 5 teams are coming down? dont know who's in from newcastle for certain.
As for teams, me and luke are happy to play in a team together as the 2 with the least tourny experience. not a b team, or a c team but way down as an 'S team'... a 'Smoking Nuns' team (we're blue skying it..)
What say anyone else.?
We still need spoke cards doing as a memento, if anyones into it? Thought i might have a crack but wont have time before saturday so the baton is rolling around on the floor about to slip under the sofa,.. unless anyone...takes ...it.......on..........
