crack i can see is well defined, in the centre of photo almost right at the bottom. it might be an exposed edge of the cable guide part.
i would think about taking it to an experienced frame builder for their opiniob as there are hair line marks in the paint all over that shell. do not remove bb just yet, if there is a problem that might make it worsr
