Which way is the play? Is at a degree of rotation relative to the spindle or some axial movement at the pedal end, or a mixture of thee two? Not that I have any answers, beyond "buy new cranks and BB", but neither does anybody else without knowing what is moving and it which direction.
Your right, will be ISIS! But you can bugger up ISIS just as easy
Is the bolt bottoming out, do you have a washer under the bolt, are there any forging/ manufacturing /swarf in the ISIS drive on the inside of the crank arm?
@ THEEB. BB shells are cast, the cable guide will be brazed on the top. AFAIK the cable guide could turn into dust and the BB shell should be alright.
Actually in the second to last photo there appears to be a crack between the two, I would clean it up with a wire brush and have a really good look into the crack, where it goes to, how deep (use invert on micrometer, or feeler gauges) etc and work out if the crack has penetrated the BB shell.
