The new coat of arms of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea whose symbols reflect the history of both boroughs. These include the blue boar of the de Veres, the silver-winged bull representing St Luke, patron saint of Chelsea, a bishop's mitre for St Mary Abbots and a broom representing Brompton. The motto Quam Bonum in Unum Habitare is the opening words of the 133rd Psalm in Latin and translates as 'What a good thing it is to dwell in unity'.
