  • What knee exercises can I do when at work? Talking about under the desk kind of thing, I think the fact I sit at a desk all day really isn't helping with my knee issues.

    Not sure if it's practical but I do single leg squats when waiting for the printer to print stuff. Also when I need to chat to colleagues I'll balance on one leg (both specific to my prob maybe not your one).

    I look like a twat mind.

    Other than that you can get the physio bands and create a loop attached to your chair leg/base and do leg extensions.
