Seleyman Kerimov seems to do whatever he likes, in a country where income tax is nowhere near as scrutinised as it is here in the UK the after tax salaries all seem relative. Eto'o is rumoured to be on $400,000 a week after tax.
The guy is printing $100 for fun and if the economy goes tits up he'll be partly held responsible for devaluing the dollar single handedly.
