They're not stored in such a way that it would be a trivial change. And if anything is non-trivial then it's something for me to do in the next version of the forum rather than today.

That said, I'd carry on repeating the mantra: tags are not anonymous. As with aliases, I'll freely out the authors of anything that is hateful, trolling, racist, etc. You should assume that they're public, because one day they may be.
