Here's the bike built up. Didn't touch the forks. I was too worried about screwing them up. Stripped it with airplane paint stripper (cool because it's Columbus airplane tubing) and wire wool. It took a lot of elbow grease at some points. Went over it roughly with some Scotchbrite at the end. I think it looks nice.I hope I saved face by keeping the smile on the BB...
Oh, and that stem was only temporary to go out riding.
