I love my 36cm nitto drops.. give you a pretty aggressive posture.. put on a 110mm jaguar stem.. feel like you are haulin ass! Yea my hardest bit was finding the hubs for my 3rensho too... I was lucky enough to swoop up some suntours back in colorado from a friend of a friend.. who actually built hes current frame with 3rensho master frame builder Koichi Yamaguchi in his workshop he runs back in colorado... hopefully if i ever get enough money ill build my own too.

And yeah that miyata is nice scorch!

tomsvoboda - you realise you can take hubs apart and switch the axle, right?

Surely if you're swapping axle diameters then you'd have to swap bearings aswell to taccomodate them ok? Think i'll keep my eyes peeled and see what comes up as I don't want my rear wheel doingone on me!
I'm going to sort out my riding position first though so if anyone has a set of Nitto drops of 38cm then I shall gladly relieve them of their burden ;)

the only hard part about Suntour is the NJS headset and BB....

i have a suntour superbe axle if its of benefit...

This is so nice!

As you might already know the C-Record headset have a higher stack height then a hatta so i guess you need to make the steering tube higher. Or you might have a Campagnolo SR NJS laying around thats fits just fine! ;)
