Can't speak for Specialized, but I was looking at a Prologo Nago Nack with carbon rails, but have a 3T Doirico Team post which has the most savage, sheer force inducing clamp design I think there is and was worried about this so e-mailed them. They came back and told me that they were happy for their saddles to be used with the 3T posts.

I do actually have a Romin Pro sitting here waiting to be put on another 3T post this weekend. I think it'll be okay but I confess I'm a little nervous about it, but I think that's just the general fear that comes from not trusting the strength of carbon (every now and again, when properly out of the saddle, leaning right forward on the hoods I think about how much weight is on the bars and the magnitude of the forces on my carbon steerer and it freaks me out).
