Nikkor 10.5mm fish? Is that the one that was about £850-900 new? came out about 2004? If so, cracking good price, and if I had anything Nikon I would buy just for the sake of it. LUSH lens, a lot of fishies do not like bright lights/ contrast/ street lamps etc, but the Nikkor 10.5 deals with it like nothing else I've seen before. Well controlled distortion too, can correct in LR3.0 quite easy (if that sort of thing bothers people).
I think you're thinking of the 16mm full frame fisheye. The 10.5mm DX version costs around £500 new. I sold a used one for £400 about a year ago, so £350 is a really good price. And it is a killer lens: The Pure Conjecture by Timmy2wheels, on Flickr Thomas White by Timmy2wheels, on Flickr Thomas White by Timmy2wheels, on Flickr
