• No witness, and I always knew it was going to be a fight. As you say, 25 yr old driving a stripped out Mini, nobody is going to take my side in a 1 on 1. My counter-argument is going to be showing by means of lengths/stopping distances that at the point of incident she was not established on the roundabout, therefore she contravened the highway code by not giving way. She keeps mentioning speed and lane changing in her argument which IMO is just bluster and show as it's an NSL roundabout, and I was clearly indicating. She has even highlighted that she was aware of my intended route so cannot cite lane changing/not seeing indicator as a reason for pulling out in front of me.

The point I made and will stand by is that it was perfect conditions, I was alone in a vehicle with no sound system, thus no distractions. She was in a vehicle with 2 passengers, one a young child. Who was more likely to make a mistake? She was aggressive at the scene of the accident, I was calm and did not make any accusations or attempt defamation as she did, classic psychology states that guilty parties throw the first punch. Also, I'm not sure whether to highlight the fact I was running semi-ceramic aggressive brake pads which reduce my braking distance massively. Therefore, her accusation is invalid as it would have taken me less time to stop. The fact that despite braking and steering in an effort to avoid her retarded intervention into my path, I still collided with her shows I had very, very little time to avoid her.
