Well i just got the front tyre i was after so i thought i would put the tyres and tubes on and take a pic, but they wont fit on the rims??

I tried the same tyre on a wheel i knew was 700c and they went straight on without tyres levers, but not close to fitting on my Miche Pistard wheels, so they must be 28"?

Confused....

28 = 700c. So yes they are.
