What Seabase does is indeed very hard and requires a lot of strength and tenacity, but i can't help but find it too pointless (as opposed to the regular pointlessness of doing it on a road bike). Something like doing a transatlantic on a pedal boat.
One day, I hope to be able to say that I rode over the Stelvio on a fixed gear bike. I'll add that to "I landed a few 360 flips on my skateboard", "rode to Paris 10 times on a fixed gear" and many other pointless trivial things I may have achieved in my life.
