Despite what the manufacturers say Pompino's are actually pretty slack. Mine measures at 71.5deg with 400mm x 30mm forks wheelfloptastic! smaller front wheel brings the geometry back into check.
Pompino's have pretty large trail, but even if it were a bit lower it would not be the only variable worth looking at.
Your headangle changes (among other things) where your low-speed steering inversion happens; the lowest speed that your bicycle will self-stabilise and ride without constant conscious steering corrections. Ever seens someone wobble away from the lights?
