Avoid those Token steel ones too, they look like they are very far from Token's finest work. Get DuraAce if you want a cheap sprocket, or EAI or Phil if you've got a bit more money to put into a long term investment. DuraAce are functional, Phil are a bit quieter and may last longer, although the difference between a very long time and a very very long time may be moot.
