I think there is a rule disallowing the switching of hands mid game, although I'm not 100% sure. Lefties do have an advantage in that people aren't as used to playing against them so sometimes play the same way as against a real person and forget they can steal the ball easier that way. They also have the same disadvantage in that a real person can get the ball more easily if they get the correct side of them and if you play it right you can get the correct side of a lefty and shield the ball easily.
