I just found some of the google sketch drawings that Jon and I used when designing the courts in old emails. I will try and post up some images of the designs when I get home later.
Our designs were relatively simple, the court is made up of units made of a 8x4 foot ply board ( I think we went for 11mm) supported by two uprights one in the middle and one joining it to the next. This way different court sizes can be made up.
A good chop saw and the rent of a nailgun will save you a lot of time.
