Ali and I, spec and price depends on the size of your court and the specification (materials) of your build.
Timber rates also vary dramatically (are you pre-buying and storing cheap wood, or delivering virgin materials the day before)? Thickness (often the council have a requirement for this)? Waterproof? Fire proof?
You can build any court to most budgets/sizes? But roughly you're looking at £1,000 a court if everyone agrees to work unpaid (it will take days to pre-fab it), make sure you make a jig, use a nail gun, have lots of volunteers/drills on the day...
We don't have an order list, because the material came from different sources at different times (some was provided by sponsors, some for free from building sites, some bought pre-event and some bought for arrival at the event), you should work out your court size (and any external requirements like painting it) and go from there?
