This was my lastest project rebuilding the Em lo pro , so here i'm build it with shamal 12 hpw and using a c-record groupset :) , other pictures posted soon ..

this is gonna be all kinds of awesome. shamals are so pretty.

im using campagnolo c record delta for the groupset and i'm still finding one of campagnolo electa or novus ferrari for the saddle :)

looks like the bar didn't fit properly on the stem so it's look like i'm gonna replace those bar to cinelli LA.84..

just out of curiosity, why is there this huge spacer in between the upper parts of the headset?

I think it's because he doesn't want to cut the original fork, but I can be wrong.

that would be my guess as well. bike looks to be coming together well!

the original fork should not have that much steerer anyway

yeah my c-record is not complete yet , some still on their way , so i put the shimano 600 headset and the spacer because i dont want to cut the original fork before i install the proper headset ..

Neat! Those dirty hoods could use some love ;) (toothbrush, dishwashing liquid)

Handlebar/stem should sit a little lower too I'd think but I'm guessing it's still WIP.

I think the bars look a little long? Might need a trim. Otherwise superb.

i've finished cleaning the hoods , yesterday i cut another 3 inch so its should be 6 inch do you think i need to trim more ? and should i slam the stem a lil bit more ? :)

Maybe a side on photo would help. At the moment it looks a little long, Slam the stem.

Just trim the bars for the correct feel. You'd be a nutter to cut them because an internet forum dude doesn't like the look of them.

You can bleach the hoods.

I'm just advising, it's obviously up to him, but to me the bike would look aesthetically a bit better without really long bullhorns.

Of course, I understand. It just hacks me off when people set up bikes to look nice, eg. by omitting brakes, etc.
