Pacing for a half marathon this weekend: I'm running a 50 minute 10k at the moment (although I've not done this at race pace) - Various online pace calculators put me at a 1h 50m half. I could aim for a 1h 50m to start off with, and then speed up if I feel up to it, or is it worth just aiming for a 1h 45m and be done with it?
