  • 5 miles into work and averaged 6min33second miles so a new pb, eating more food is clearly helping!

    Just have to run the 6 miles home at 7min miles and the week wuill have started well!

    Got a session in in a hyperbaric chamber on sunday, trying to work out what to do in there, think I'll run for a couple of hours before I arrive, do an hour on the treadmill in the chamber then see how I feel!

    averaged 6min55sec all the way home, 6.5 miles.

    think i'm going to try and target 7 min miles for my half marathon in a couple of weeks....

    would obviously be pleased with my time, and don't think i can do any further than that, but it would be ace to go sub 1hr30
