Based on last Tuesday's run I'm aiming for 10k tomorrow evening.
The start of the route is based on last weeks unplanned effort, and give's me the option to cut it short should I need to.
I'll do the same as last week and record the data for perusal afterwards but I'm not going to use it to pace myself during the run itself as I'm trying to get a feel for what's comfortable.

Was annoyed to arrive at my door, check the distance and it be100 metres short, It would have been sub 50 if I hadn't stopped (time for the 9.9km lap was 49.26)
Still, I ran the distance without the minute walk breaks from last Tuesday.
