  • I've found a number of 8 to 10 week run/walk type programs to introduce people to running and even though every part of me think I can do it quicker, I'm going to stick to the advice of others and see how I get on with an 8 week running introduction.

    That's a problem running when you're already aerobically fit.. it's very easy to injure yourself as you can push yourself harder than sofa guy could. This applies moreso if you're also 95kg but your little bones and tendons and stuff need some care too.
